Ervin Allen Hardin, born October 9, 1943, passed away on April 24th at Brandon Regional Hospital, surrounded by his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Hardin; his children, Pamela Dison and David Hardin; his daughter-in-law, Dottie Hardin; and his son-in-law, Christopher Dison.

He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren: Jerry, Liam, Brandon, Treston, Landon, Phylicia, Jessie, Mikey, Marriah, Austin, Summer, Nancy, and Tabitha, as well as 11 beloved great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Stephanie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Allen Hardin and Viola, as well as his brothers and sisters. He is also survived by his sisters- and brothers-in-law: Sharon Martin, Ricky Minton, and Mike Harmon.

He was a loving soul, always smiling, always laughing, and always ready with a silly joke. He loved his family deeply and never met a stranger.

He loved the simple things in life, fried chicken, cheese puffs, banana pudding, ice cream, painting and coffee. He enjoyed watching old westerns, admired eagles and owls, and worked as a truck driver before becoming disabled.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew him.
