Phyllis Marian Bate, 69, residing in Seffner, Florida was born on December 23, 1956, in Hillsdale, Illinois, passed away on May 16, 2026. Proceeded by her husband John Kenneth Bate, Lawrence and Virginia Morris, and sister Bonnie Fish. Survived by her children Maggie Robarts and spouse Richard Robarts, Mike Bate, Lisa Fuge and spouse Jeff Fuge, Jennifer Blount and spouse Jason Blount. Survived by her grandchildren Jeremy Robarts, Angelyna Martinez-Blas and spouse Geraldo Martinez-Blas, Zachary Bate, Gabriel Blount, Benjamin Fuge, and Alex Fuge, and great grandchild Oziah Martinez-Blas. Siblings Robert Morris and spouse Ann Morris, Lauren Faye Corrado, and many nieces, nephews and loved ones.

Phyllis enjoyed shopping, watching Bobby Flay, and Hallmark marathons with her best friend, Patches. She was loved dearly and will be missed immensely by everyone who was blessed to know her.

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to Empathy Suncoast Hospice of Hillsborough are appreciated as they made her final days peaceful.
