Fred was proud to have Andrew be his primary caregiver over the last year. He also leaves behind his beloved fur babies, Coco and Nyko, who were his pride and joy and he spoiled them rotten. Fred graduated from Our Lady of Providence High School and went on to pursue higher education at the New England Institute of Technology. He had a successful career in the home delivery industry, working for over 35 years. Fred served as a Regional Director for several different Final Mile Home Delivery companies and previously owned his own business, Staffhart Transportation with his lifelong friend Stephen Stafford. In his free time, Fred loved to cook- and eat! He also loved watching crime dramas on TV and was a Star Wars super fan. He loved watching cooking shows and often tried to recreate recipes that he had found online. He enjoyed spending time outdoors and cherished moments with his family above all else. If you asked him what his biggest accomplishment in life was, he would have said his family. Aside from his wife and son, Fred will be deeply missed by his brother John Card and his wife Pauline and their son Timothy Card. His Uncle Edward Goodhart and his wife Diane, his in-laws William and Marieanne White and his brother-in-law William White and his wife Tami.
