CYNTHIA “CYNDI” LA RUE CAPPS Oct 07, 1958 - Feb 28, 2021 Obituary for CYNTHIA “CYNDI” LA RUE CAPPS Cynthia “Cyndi” La Rue Capps was taken too soon on February 28, 2021. She was born October 7, 1958 in Germany and moved to the United States when she was an infant. Majority of her life she lived in the Tampa area. She was the type of person to never meet a stranger and had the ability to strike up a conversation with anyone she met. She was loved by her family, friends, and coworkers alike. Her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met. She took pride in her job and it showed. She earned many awards over the years for her customer service. The simplest pleasures in life brought Cyndi much joy. She loved going on adventurous drives and watching a good reality show. She also had joy in collecting lots of shoes. Her sense of humor and sarcasm will be greatly missed. She is survived by three children, daughter Melissa Stafford (husband Joe), sons Matthew La Rue (wife Andrea), and Thomas Capps. She is survived by her grandchildren Austin, Hayley, Joe, Liberty, Kaylynn, Scott, and Sydney. She is also survived by her Best Friend Kathy Bisbee (husband Steve).
