He was born July 17, 1950, in Port Lavaca, TX to Radford and Ravonia Bell. He married the love of his life, Bette, 37 years ago and she wrote the beautiful tribute below for him. He proudly served his country with the US Army and will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL, on January 20, 2022, at 2pm, with well-deserved military honors. Survived by wife Bette Bell and Daughter Annette Cummings Granddaughter Victoria Privett and Grandson Ty Cummings.
