Born on October 15, 1957, in Burleigh, NJ , she was the cherished daughter of the late John Gaul and Kathryn Balcunas. Affectionately known as Gamu or KK, she was a beacon of love, caring, and compassion. Her nonjudgmental nature and spirited tenacity shone through in all her endeavors. A loving mother, grandmother, and sister, her greatest joy was found in the warm embrace of her family with whom she spent her happiest moments. She leaves behind a legacy of love with her children: John and Kristian Pulaski, William and Patricia Pulaski, Joseph and Jennifer Pulaski, Amanda and William Wills, Antoinette Boller and Jeff Shamp, and Kathleen McRoberts and Peter Corrie. Her memory will also be cherished by her beloved nephew, William Kernodle; her adoring sisters, Leigh, Lillian with husband Fred Boerner, Kelly, and Jody; and her brothers, John with wife BJ Gaul, and James. Blessed with a multitude of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Kathy's memory will be treasured through generations. Kathy was welcomed into Heaven by her father John Gaul, mother Kathryn Balcunas, and her sisters Patricia Gaul and Joanne Balcunas, who preceded her in death. A devout member of the Landmark Baptist Church, Kathy's faith was a guiding light in her life. Her pastimes included engaging rounds of bingo, the pursuit of knowledge through crossword puzzles, the culinary joy of cooking, and the quiet pleasure of reading. A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Kathy on February 25th, details of which are forthcoming. The Gaul family extends an invitation to join them in commemorating Kathy's life and spirit. Her memory will forever be held in the hearts of those she touched.
