Lisa Ann Maimin 01/17/1967 - 04/09/2023 Lisa Ann Maimin passed away after a prolonged illness on Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023 in Valrico, Florida at the home of her mother. She is survived by her mother, Gwen Kindermann, father, Eugene Maimin, stepmother, Arlene Maimin and sister Diana Walp. Lisa was born in Brooklyn, New York on January 17, 1967. Lisa excelled in everything she did. Despite medical challenges she worked hard to continue her education and made her family proud when she received her Master's Degree in Social Work in 2009. She went on to help many people while living in New Mexico and Florida. Lisa married her best friend, Eric Niedernhofer on September 2, 2011 and started a wonderful life together until his untimely death on April 12, 2019. Lisa was a very caring and supportive woman who spent most of her life thinking about others. She had a generous heart who loved and spoiled all the dogs in her life. She had a passion for dance since the age of four and blew people away at her many recitals. Her wit and humor truly rivaled that of any famous contemporary comedian. Her kindness and love for meeting new people, her unbridled enthusiasm when it came to anyone's stories, and infectious laughter, made sure that she will be greatly missed and forever loved by those who knew her well. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to the American Diabetes Association and/or the New Mexico Commission for the Blind in SantaFe, New Mexico which were charities that were near and dear to Lisa's heart.
