Miriam Caridad Quintana November 15th, 1947-October 24th, 2023 Miriam C. Quintana passed away suddenly on October 24, 2023 in Tampa Florida at the age of 75. Born November 15, 1947 in Havana, Cuba. She is predeceased by her parents, Maria Luisa Marinez & Nicasio Armando Abreu & brother Pablo Armando Abreu. She left behind her husband & love of her life of 46 years Raul Quintana, daughter Laura McCann (Brandon FL), son Raul Quintana (New Port Richey FL), grandchildren Robyn McCann (Nashua NH), Alexis McCann (Brandon FL), Greyson Quintana & Oliver Quintana (New Port Richey FL), sister Gladys Milanes (Simi Valley CA), brothers David Abreu (Longwood FL) & Carlos Abreu (Miami FL) & several nieces, nephews & several cousins. Miriam lived in Spain, Boston & Somerville Massachusetts. She worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston for 33 years. Miriam always had a smile for everyone that she met. She loved with all her heart and it showed when she was around family. She loved to dance, listen to music while trying to sing along. Love working in the yard & talking to her flowers when she watered them. But mostly loved to celebrate with friends and family, especially during the holidays & special occasions. To honor Miriam’s memory there will be a Celebration of Life on November 18th at her family’s residence. We ask that everyone wear something yellow because it’s her favorite color.
