Steven Russell "Waldo" Walden July 10, 1955 - February 20, 2022 Loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. Champion brother and biker, Steven Russell Walden, 39 year member of the Hiwaymen Motorcycle Club, Tampa, Fla., joined the cloud chapter February 20, 2022, in a tree related accident. Waldo, the moniker he answered to since junior high school science club, is known throughout the United States as an opinionated brother, faithful lover, religious son, non father, involved neighbor, amazing musician, accomplished tattoo artist, voluble storyteller, consument dieter and valuable friend. As a renowned host and welcomed all with his culinary contributions that filled many bellies, including his own. Although pizza, spaghetti and burgers were his favorites, he was known to create one time concoctions that included an assortment of ranch dressing, hot sauce, tomatoes and beans. Throughout his many years on the road, tattooing his way across the country, he established comrodery, created associations and built permanent relationships connecting the motorcycle world. His many followers wear a custom made concho representing his inspiration to follow the hiway lifestyle he was committed to. Waldo is predeceased by his wife of 20 years, Lynette Smith Walden and his brother Mark Walden. He is survived by his mother Jeanie Peterson, brother Mike Walden, nephews Samuel Harold Walden, Devin Michael Walden, and Matthew Edward Walden. His extended family includes all his Hiwaymen brothers and his life partner Swan.
