Vicki Ann Belkin Fleming May 18, 1942 - February 3, 2022 Loving wife, dog mommy, and friend. In loving memory of my beloved wife Vicki Ann Belkin Fleming, who left this world Sunday, January 9th , 2022 at 2:26 pm, and went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Vicki was the Shih Tzu Lady for over 35 years. She had a huge heart and great love for her dogs. She left Chewie and Andy (her males,) and Pippy, Callie and Bella (her females.) All of her dogs were born at our house. On my side of the house I have one male, Nicky, and females Annie, Coco, Daisy, Duckie, Punkin, Treasure and Trinity. All of my dogs were also born at my house. So in total there are 13 dogs: Vicki’s 5 and my 8. I tell you all this because Vicki and I have lived our lives for the past 12 years loving and caring for our dogs. All of the dogs know that Vicki is gone.
