Zelma Winn August 31, 1924 - May 22, 2022 Loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Zelma Winn born August 31, 1924, entered into eternal rest on May 22, 2022. She was 97. She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Pete Winn, by her daughters, Cathy Blanchard and Sandy Sinclair, also by her son in-law, George Sinclair. She is survived by her daughter Marilyn Breuggeman {Fred}, grandson Jordan, and sister Paula Papanek of Lakeland Florida. She was retired from 30 years of service at Continental Can Company. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dover and a charter member of the Springhead Methodist Church. She spent the last nine years at Solaris Healthcare Plant City Florida where she received the very best of care. She was very blessed over the years to have many friends that visited her faithfully. Phyllis Rawls and Marilyn Grassmuck were very faithful to visit her weekly and she always looked very forward to their time together. Also among those who were faithful to visit her were C.W. and Betty Dukes. She loved going to church, cooking for her family, eating out with friends and family, and shopping. She will be missed.
