FRANCES DILLOW 8/24/1933-06/08/2023 8/24/1933-06/08/2023 It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of our precious mother, Frances (Billie) Dillow 89, on June 08, 2023. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, (Richard) in 2013 and her son, (Kenneth) in 2017. Frances is survived by her children, Jeanie (Norm) Wohl, Pamela (Ricky) Sodders,Robbie Tillbrook, John (Trish) Tillbrook, Cheryl (Rick) Brant, 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, and friend. Anyone who knew her, loved and respected her. She was mom to many. Her beautiful soul left us far too soon, and our hearts will never be the same. God will hold her close for us until we are together again. A celebration of Frances’ life will be held for family and friends at Alderman Ford Park on September 24th from 12 pm to 3 pm
