James E. Duggan Jr. October 14, 1944- February 23, 2023 James E. Duggan Jr. was born October14,1944 in Jersey City. New Jersey. Gained his wings February 23,2023 in Temple Terrace, Florida. Survived by his devoted wife of many years Louise Duggan. James is also survived by three sons. James. Michael and Carl. Four stepchildren he adored. Teresa Durrani (Jon) Amanda Jones(Ethan) Donald Jones(Scarlett) and Jake Jones (Amanda). He was also a proud grandfather to Madelyn Shwab, Cameron Jones. Kylieigh Jones, Gracie Jones, Blaire Durrani and Myles Manuel. James is also survived by many friends and family. He was a former memberof the Rollin River Band in which he played rhythm guitar. He will forever missed by everyone that knew him and loved him.
