He was born July 1, 1973, to the late Joseph McNamar and Donna Simmons. Jeff was self-employed. He loved to fish. He loved his animals and his loving fiancée. Jeff is survived by his brother Josh McNamar(Nina), Niece Kristin, Nephew Caden, and Fiancee Carey Allen.
