Lucie Eulalia Rueth Flowers (LuLu/Luci/Lucretia McEvil) 09/14/1973-04/10/2024 Lucie Rueth Flowers (50) of Tampa, FL, passed away on April 10, 2024 surrounded by family and friends. Lucie was a beautiful soul who left this earth too soon. From childhood Lucie was silly and sassy and intelligent. As she grew these traits grew and by her teens she was irreverent, sarcastic, and could crack a dirty joke that would make a sailor blush. Anyone who ever met her knew instantly that she was special. She was known to call herself a Unicorn, and that is what she was; beautiful, singular, and magical. She loved and was loved by so many and will be greatly missed. Lucie held different professions throughout her life (though never becoming her life-long dream of being a long haul trucker), but at her core she was an artist, a very talented artist. These talents she inherited from her parents, Rose Bainter- Rueth and Edward J Rueth III who she loved dearly and who both preceded her in death by four years. She is survived by her son, Michael Flowers, sister, Brooke Rueth, nephews, Sebastian Rueth and Logan Grass, and a plethora of friends who are family. Lucie’s Celebration of Life will be held on June 2, 2024 at The Talking Pint, 13418 Boyette Rd, Riverview, FL 33569.
