Jean Joseph Batronie April 10, 1946 - January 2, 2022 Loving spouse, parent, grandparent, and friend Jean was born in Detroit as a single child. She loved the water & had several boats over the years. Her true love was hydroplanes & it became a reality in 2007 when she & her son Tim restored a 1980 hydroplane called Southern Pride A76. Born in Detroit she loved cars & she had a Mustang restoration business which she restored classic Mustangs over the many years. Jean also was a hypnotherapist & counselor for over 45 years. She owned Brandon Hypnosis & Counseling center for over 36 years. In 2004 Jean started a non-profit called St Jude Helping Hand Foundation to feed & clothe the homeless in Tampa Bay. She continued until she retired in 2016. Jean is survived by her spouse Arleen of 53 years, her children Michele (Bryan) Meck, , Scott (Kitty), Gene & Timothy Batronie, 10 grandchildren Bryan, Ashlee, Cile, Alyssa, Kristi, Kelsey, Taylor, Olivia & Rylee, 2 great grandchildren Axil & Mira. Jean loved life & people. She taught positive attitude for many years at Brandon night school & taught her children & grandchildren to be positive in their thinking to become adults. A celebration of Life will be held February 26, 2022 at 11:00 am at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 4450 CR579, Seffner, FL 33584 In lieu of flowers contributions to St Jude Childrens Hospital as Jean loved children.
